How often do you order food from outside? Whether you’re a student or a working professional, there are times when you rely on food delivery apps to satisfy those cravings. It allows you to enjoy your favorite food in the comfort of your home. Sometimes you feel inclined to order food to escape from the monotonous meals prepared at home every day. But have you received a wrong order from Zomato? And how did you feel about it? Have you contacted Zomato and expected them to resolve the issues? Yes, it can all be very annoying. We brought this up because a woman recently shared a post on Twitter after being misled.
Nirupama Singh, who ordered a veg dish from Zomato, got a non-veg dish. Sharing the challenge, he made a video showing a dish with sauce that looks like a piece of chicken. The clip shows a spoon breaking pieces on a plate. In a post, mentioning the food delivery platform, Nirupama said, “Hi Zomato, ordered veg food and received all non-veg food. 4/5 of us were vegetarian. What a service, horrible experience.”

In support of Zomato, a user said, “Though Zomato is responsible for delivery, it’s 99% restaurant’s fault. It’s unfortunate that this mess still exists.”
