Celtics forward Grant Williams’ idle talk fell short as he missed clutch shots in a loss at Boston.

Boston Celtics forward Grant Williams had his famous last words during Monday night’s overtime loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

In the fourth quarter, Williams had a chance to give Boston the lead and win with less than 1 second left on the clock. Williams was fouled as he went up for a shot, and Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell was guaranteed to make both shots.

“We couldn’t have won this game without Lamar,” Bickerstaff said. “It changed the tone, the physique, the effort.”
