There are many fitness fads that we come across to lose weight. We often come across various crazy diets on the Internet through our daily scrolls on social media channels. Some of them ask you to cut back on certain groups, while others say to meet your daily caloric needs by reducing your intake. However, have you ever heard of a diet that asks you to eat more calories than usual? Believe it or not, such a diet exists and is followed by a famous star. We recently learned that famous Hollywood actor Hugh Jackman is eating 8000 calories a day for his new role in The Wolf. Want to know what the diet is all about? You should know this.
Actor Hugh Jackman is following this special diet as he soon begins filming the third film, Deadpool 3, starring Ryan Reynolds. Jackman reprises his iconic role as Wolverine, making his first appearance in the Marvel Universe. In order to prepare for his role, Jackman has been building up his muscles and building up to his role, so he needs more calories than usual. Check out the post he shared on Twitter:

“A day in the life. Thank you Chef Mario for helping me eat healthy and well.. When. Wolf. Again,” he tweeted. In Clicks, we saw five of his dishes, including a chicken burger with a side of sweet potato, black bass with rice, and Patagonian salmon with fries. This equates to about 8,000 calories consumed by Hugh Jackman in one day.
The post has received over 44,000 likes and hundreds of comments since it was shared. “Eating a ton is hard work. Had to eat 5,500 calories a day, it felt like work,” wrote one user. “This is DAILY?! So how much do I need to eat to get the body I want? My stomach hates me,” said another.
