Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya Sangathan (OAVS) has started online application process for recruitment to various posts including Principal, Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and Art Teacher. Candidates can apply for the vacancies by visiting OAVS official website oav.edu.in. The deadline to register for the above vacancies is April 6 at 5:00 p.m.
Through this recruitment drive, OAVS aims to fill a total of 1,010 vacancies under the Department of School and Mass Education, Government of Odisha. Candidates are advised to read the official notification carefully before applying for the desired post.

Interested and eligible candidates should be Graduate, Masters and BEd with relevant work experience. They should be citizens of India.

Step 3: Then register and use the OAVS application form.
Step 4: Fill the form as requested, pay the required fee and submit it as directed.
Step 5: Save and upload the form

OAVS Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Computer Based Test (CBT), Interview and relevant and performance test mentioned in the notification. The online survey will be bilingual, it will be available only in English and Odia. It should be noted that the mode of selection for all the above vacancies will be solely at the discretion of the Sangathan.
OAVS Recruitment 2023: Application Fee
The application fee for the post of director is Rs.2000/- for general category candidates. And SC, ST and PwD category candidates will pay Rs 1,250. Registration fee is Rs.1500 for training vacancies for general category candidates and Rs.1000 for SC, ST and PwD candidates.
OAVS Recruitment 2023: Salary
Candidates selected for Art Teacher and TGT posts will get Rs.44900, PGT candidates will get Rs.47600 and candidate selected for Main post will get Rs.67700.
