Stocks to Watch: Reliance, Tata Motors, Wipro, Bank Of Baroda, HAL etc. shares of such companies will be in focus in Friday’s trade.

Bank of Baroda

The lender’s board of directors approved a plan to divest up to 49% of the bank’s wholly-owned subsidiary BOB Financial Solutions. BOB Financial Service’s is a credit card division that offers both consumer and commercial credit cards and serves all customer segments with diverse needs.
