HP Board Class 10 Exam Start with Hindi (Representational Image)
Students appearing for the examination should bring their HPBoSE hall tickets and fill the answer book correctly using the information provided in their Class 10 Admit Cards.
The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBoSE) will conduct the Class 10 final exams for the second term from today, March 11. The HP board will conduct the exam in Hindi followed by Maths and Sanskrit on March 13. Exams in Urdu, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu on March 15.
Students appearing for the examination should bring their HPBoSE hall tickets and fill the answer book correctly using the information provided in their Class 10 Admit Cards. The exam will be held between 8:45 AM and 12:00 PM.
The Himachal Pradesh Board on Thursday said it will form district-level teams across the state to fight cheating in board exams for classes 10 and 12 from this week. All preparations have been completed, board secretary Vishal Sharma said, adding that 2,180 examination centers have been set up across the state. Sharma further said that ‘flying squads’ would be formed at the district level to check cheating.
To prevent cheating and unfair tactics by students on exam days, the board has installed several CCTV cameras in the exam halls. In the last month, there have been several reports of cheating in Uttar Pradesh. Police arrested 34 students for cheating during exams and arrested 65 impersonators across the state.
The results of class 10th and class 12th 1st term exams were announced by the board on January 2. The 1st term exam for classes 10 and 12 was held from September 15 to October 1, 2022 and from September 15 to October 6, 2022. respectively. The official website of Himachal Pradesh Board has released the HPBOSE Class 10 and Class 12 1st Quarter Results.
According to official data, out of 91,262 candidates registered for the HPBoSE Class 10 exams, 90,896 appeared for the exam. A total of 1,04,773 students have registered for Class 12 HPBoSE exams, out of which 1,04,363 candidates have appeared.
