The Uttar Pradesh government has mandated the regional offices to complete the inspection work on or before the stipulated time.
Shortlisted teachers are asked to visit these centers daily to evaluate students’ copies.
Uttar Pradesh Board has announced that the exam evaluation will start on 18th March 2023. For that, UP Board has selected 1,43,933 examinees. Before the evaluation, these shortlisted teachers are trained in their regional units. A one-day training for teachers has been announced. The exercise will be held in Meerut on March 12, Bareilly on March 13, Gorakhpur on March 14, Prayagraj on March 15 and Varanasi on March 16. Then, on March 18, teachers will begin checking students’ approximately 3.19 million copies.
The Uttar Pradesh government has established 258 examination centers in the state. Shortlisted teachers are asked to visit these centers daily to evaluate students’ copies. The announcement further states that for the first time, teachers will be trained to grade the exam. A one-day training session will cover audio-visual training modules to guide teachers. Each examination assessment center has a principal and a deputy principal who supervise the teachers who check the examination papers. Instructors also receive a manual. Students with excellent handwriting received additional marks from UPMSP last year.
The examination center is supervised by the Regional Office of the UP Board, apart from the Director and Deputy Director. The head of the Department of Education can carry out inspections and supervision of regional offices and examination assessment centers throughout the country.
Paper evaluation is usually completed by Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad in 12-15 days. The evaluation procedure for 2022 started on April 23 and ended on May 5. On June 18 last year, the UP board had declared the results of class 10 and 12. Students can predict UP Board Results 2023 till May 10 if the paper evaluation is over. until the end of March of this year.
