Nicola Peltz’s family have contacted Prince Andrew’s lawyer over the wedding planners’ lawsuit in which they accuse the wedding planners of ruining her £3m wedding to Brooklyn Beckham.
Nicola’s billionaire father, Nelson Peltz, 80, hired Prince Andrew’s lawyer, Brief Marty Singer, nicknamed “Mad Dog,” to represent the Peltz clan when he sued the firm, which was fired just weeks before the ceremony in Florida last April.
The singer reportedly charges £800 an hour and is known for helping big names such as Sylvester Stallone, Charlie Sheen, Bill Cosby and Prince Andrew.
“The singer is known for his pit bull tactics and that’s exactly what Nicola is looking for. This ongoing legal case could really damage his reputation and he is not taking it lightly, hence the big guns have been called in,” the source said.
“He is ruthless in legal battles and his reputation precedes him. Hiring him will cost millions, but he and his family think it’s worth the money.”
The source added: “It could spiral out of control and affect Nicola and the rest of the family very badly. “Hopefully Singer can stop it.”
