Session 2 of the Joint Entrance Examination will be held from April 6 to April 12, with April 13 and April 15 reserved as reserve dates.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will end the registration process for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2023 Main Session 2 today, March 12. Interested candidates who have not yet applied for JEE Main Session 2 examination can submit their applications on the official site. till 9 pm at jeemain.nta.nic.in. The online application process for JEE Main Session 2 started on February 15. According to the official schedule, the 2 sessions of the Joint Entrance Examination will be held from April 6 to April 12, with April 13 and April 15 being kept as reserve dates.
The entrance exam will be conducted in 13 languages ​​including English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil and Urdu. JEE Main Session 2 Admit Card is tentatively scheduled to be released in the last week of March.
“Candidates who have applied and successfully paid for JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 1 examination and want to appear in JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 2 must login with their previous application number and password provided in the session. 1,” read the message.
Candidates can only select paper, exam medium, address proof upload (current and permanent), state eligibility code, cities for session 2 and pay exam fee. In addition, candidates who have not applied earlier are requested to apply again as per the given schedule.
JEE Main 2023 Session 2: How to Apply
Step 1: Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: On the home page, go to the ‘Candidate Service’ section and click on the link that says ‘Online Application for JEE Main Session-2 (2023)’.
Step 3: Then register yourself and fill the application form.
Step 4: Pay the exam fee and submit the form as directed.
Step 5: Save, download and keep a hard copy for future reference.
Male candidates belonging to General/Gen-EWS/OBC (NCL) category have to pay an application fee of Rs.1,000/-. And SC/ST/PwD/Transgender and Female candidates have to pay Rs.500. JEE Main Session 1 was held in January 2023.
On April 6, when the NTA begins JEE Main 2023 Session 2 exams, the Bombay High Court will hear a plea against the 75 percent eligibility criteria of the national entrance test. Students across the country are demanding a review of the 75 percent eligibility criteria.
