IGNOU extends deadline for fresh admissions to online and ODL programs (Representative Image)
The application deadline for certificate or semester programs is March 14, and the application deadline for all other programs is March 20.
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the deadline for re-registration, online and distance learning (ODL) programs and fresh admissions for work-based ODL programs for the January 2023 session. Now candidates can apply on IGNOU official website till 20th March.
For online programs, candidates should apply through ignouiop.samarth.edu.in. Candidates for online and ODL program should apply through ignousamarth.edu.in.
Interested and eligible candidates for Certificate or Semester programs can apply till 14th March 2023.
IGNOU January 2023 Session: How to Register
Step 1: Visit the official website of IGNOU at ignou.ac.in.
Step 2: On the home page, click on “Last date for re-registration, new admission for online and ODL programs, January 2023 session for ODL programs has been extended to March 20, 2023 without delay”.
Step 3: A new page will be displayed on the screen
Step 4: New applicants need to register first and then fill the application form.
Step 5: Upload the documents and pay the application fee.
Step 6: Submit and download the confirmation page.
Documents required while applying for IGNOU courses include scanned photograph, signature, copy of age certificate, qualification certificates of relevant education, experience certificate, category certificate (if applicable) and BPL certificate (if applicable).
