Jamie Lee Curtis recently taught a valuable life lesson as an “old lady” at the 2023 Oscars.
“Calm down, I would tell everybody to just relax,” Curtis said in an exclusive interview AND! News on the red carpet at the 95th Academy Awards on March 12.
Curtis won Best Supporting Actress All at oncecontinued, “I think we’re all very stressed and stressed.”
“The world is so crazy, so hard, and my goal as an old lady in this life is to rest, you are enough. This is the perfect moment right now, stop looking. Just rest,” said the 64-year-old.
He shared about his preparations for the 2023 Oscars Amazing Friday star opened, “I read a book called The Book of Awakening Written by Mark Nepo, and today’s offering was the most insightful thing I’ve read along with what’s happening here today.”
“The word ‘all’ was in it, and it was obviously written a long time ago,” Curtis noted.
“I meditate, I’m a serious person, I talk to people, I talk to my friends, my husband made me breakfast, that’s what he suggested, breakfast,” she added.
