House Republicans have access to President Biden’s foreign bank records, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer said.
Comer made the comments during an appearance on Fox News with Sean Hannity on Monday night. Comer said his committee had reached an agreement with the Treasury Department to allow access to documents related to Biden and his family, including Hunter Biden.
“We’ve been told by Treasury that they’re going to let us,” Comer told Hannity on Monday.
The Biden administration has yet to confirm such a move.

News of the settlement came hours after Comer’s oversight committee subpoenaed other bank records from Bank of America on Monday. The subpoenas target “all financial records” of Hunter Biden’s three business partners from January 20, 2009 to the present.
“The Oversight Committee subpoenaed and obtained financial records related to the influence of the Biden family,” a committee spokesperson told Fox News Digital. “These documents strengthen our understanding of several concerns and open new avenues of investigation into the Biden family’s business schemes.”
