Selected candidates are required to serve in any of the structural units of the Department of Atomic Energy located in different parts of India, the official notification said.
Department of Atomic Energy has invited online applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of Fire Service Personnel and Technicians. Interested candidates can apply for above mentioned posts at official website nfc.gov.in. Registration starts on March 11 and ends on April 10 at 11:59 PM.
Department of Atomic Energy will fill a total of 124 vacancies through this recruitment. Selected candidates are required to serve in any of the structural units of the Department of Atomic Energy located in different parts of India.
Department of Atomic Energy Recruitment 2023: Vacancy Details
-Driver-cum-Pump Operator cum-Fireman/A (DPOF/A): 83
– Additional officer/B: 28
– Station employee/A: 7
-Technical employee / C (computers): 3
– Deputy Chief Fire Chief/A: 2
– Chief fireman/A: 1
“Out of 83 posts of Driver-Pump Operator-Fireman/A (Postal Code 12306), 10 posts are reserved for Ex-Servicemen (ESM),” an official notification said.
Age limit: Maximum age limit should not exceed 40 years except Driver-Sump-Operator-cumFireman/A (DPOF/A) and Technical Officer/C (Computers) vacancies. In addition, the upper age limit for the positions of technical staff is 35 years, and the upper age limit for driver-pump operator and fireman is 27 years.

Step 1: Visit the official page at nfc.gov.in
Step 2: Go to ‘Recruitment’ section and click on ‘Apply to Advertisement No. NFC/01/2023’ link.
Step 3: Then complete the registration process and apply for your desired position.
Step 4: Fill the application form as requested and upload all required documents.
Step 5: Finally, pay the registration fee and submit the form.
Step 6: Save and download a copy of the confirmation page
Step 7: Take a printout of the same for future use.
Department of Atomic Energy Recruitment 2023: Application Fee
Candidates applying for Group A posts will have to pay Rs.500 and for Group B and C vacancies, candidates will have to pay Rs.200 and Rs.100 respectively. The selection process includes written examination, skill test, document verification and medical examination.
