According to reports, BSEB officials assured that the board will declare the results of class 10 and 12 before any education board in the country. The wait of more than 13.18 lakh students who had appeared for the intermediate examination conducted by BSEB last month is likely to end when the board completes the evaluation of answer sheets on Tuesday (March 14).
“A total of 70 lakh copies and an intermediate 96 lakh copies were assessed at several assessment centers this year. The evaluators worked in two shifts to quickly evaluate the copies,” Hindustan Times quoted a senior BSEB official as saying. In addition, all assessment centers are equipped with computers to provide assessments, reducing the time required for manual work.
A senior official further said that it will take a few more days to finalize the scorecards as well as verify the top scorers before the results are announced. Besides, the interim result is likely to be announced on March 18, a senior official said, according to the report.
When the Class 12 results are announced, the Bihar Board will hold a press conference where the officials will announce the result related information like pass percentage, group names (streamwise) and other details. Direct link to check marks will be activated on BSEB official page after notification.
The Bihar Board Class 12 exam started on February 1 and ended on February 11 in 1464 exam centers. Evaluation of intermediate response scenarios was conducted from March 1 to March 14.
