Jamna Paar – Culinary Tales of the Black River will be held at Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noi. In this festival, people from the cities along the river Yamuna including Delhi, Agra, Mathura, Uttarkashi and Yamuna Nagar etc. A variety of delicious dishes are presented.

7. Mediterranean Fare – Pullman
Pullman New Delhi Aerocity takes a ‘Mediterranean fare’ on its farm, opening a themed restaurant called ‘Farmer’s Basket’. The festival runs from March 17 to 26, and patrons can enjoy a wide variety of Mediterranean delicacies. The menu of the festival was prepared by culinary expert-chef Alexander K. He has been a chef for 25 years, working in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Japan. Some of his signature dishes are Empanadas, Osso Buco, Bouillabaisse, Revitia and Tangin
