7. Mediterranean Fare – Pullman
Pullman New Delhi Aerocity takes a ‘Mediterranean fare’ on its farm, opening a themed restaurant called ‘Farmer’s Basket’. The festival runs from March 17 to 26, and patrons can enjoy a wide variety of Mediterranean delicacies. The menu of the festival was prepared by culinary expert-chef Alexander K. He has been a chef for 25 years, working in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and Japan. Some of his signature dishes are Empanadas, Osso Buco, Bouillabaisse, Revitia and Tangin
