Zachary Levy opens up about the healing process on his mental health journey

Zachary Levy recently touched on his mental health journey in his new memoir Radical Love: Learning to Accept Yourself and Others.

In a new interview AND! NewsLevi talked about his healing journey and shared valuable advice for his age.

“Love yourself and stop being cold,” he said Chuck an actor.

The actor continued: “You don’t need to hang out with pretty boys. They don’t even know who they are.”

Reflecting on the fame, Levy explained, “It’s all completely fake.”

“After you finish school, unless you go to a university that cares about you, nobody cares about you after university,” said Shatasu the actor.

He added: “It’s all a weird, bad click system that hurts everyone in it.”

Elaborating on his struggles with depression and anxiety, Levy noted, “Having had the privilege of going to different therapists and realizing things that I’ve come to realize, a lot of people don’t realize that. They don’t have those resources.”

Levy expressed her joy on social media after people sent her messages.

“The book resonated with them on a very deep level and helped them. So, I’m like, OK, mission accomplished.

In giving advice to others, Levy cautioned, “Remind yourself daily that you are exactly what you need to be.”

“You are a product of your environment like everyone else. Accept yourself completely, forgive yourself completely, love yourself completely,” he concluded.

Meanwhile, Levy appears on the work front Shazam! Wrath of the Godsit hits theaters on March 17.
