Two weeks ago, a video showing the making of the “Cheese Soda Explosion” went viral on Instagram. People have been wondering if adding cheese to soda is a good idea (Read the full story here). This time, cheese is once again part of a fusion dish that is grabbing eyeballs on the internet. A video showing how to make a particular type of cheese dosa is generating a lot of interest on Twitter. Cheese Dosa is not new to us, but this dish called ‘Matka Dosa’ has ingredients that some consider unique. However, according to other users, the food did not seem strange – some even called it “delicious”. But what is this ‘Matka Dosa’?

The video was shared by Twitter user Deepak Prabhu (@ragiing_bull), who simply captioned it as “#matkadosa”. It shows a man’s step-by-step method of making dosa – he first roasts the vegetables and then marinates them in chaat masala, ketchup, soy sauce and more. adds He adds paneer pieces and sautes the ingredients again. Separately, mayonnaise drips into the opening of a small cloth. She also adds shredded cabbage and cheese. Then he starts making the actual dose on the tawa. Add the stuffing and grate a lot of cheese on top. Finally, he makes a cone out of the dosa and places it on the cloth at an angle. Watch the full video below:
