Selena Gomez has reached a major milestone as she became the first woman in history to reach 400 million followers on Instagram.
The 30-year-old Murder In The Building star made history just days after surpassing Kylie Jenner as the most followed woman on Instagram.
The Kardashians diva was previously the most followed woman on Instagram. However, the Kylie Cosmetics founder’s followers now stand at 382 million.
Gomez is the third person on Instagram after footballers Cristiano Ronaldo with 562 followers and Lionel Messi with 442 million followers on the social media platform.
Wolves The singer’s fans were also happy with this news and declared Gomez the “Queen of Instagram”.

Gomez’s recent success has been attributed to her heated social media feud with Justin and Hailey Bieber.
Last month, Gomez went live on TikTok and said: “I’m so happy, I’m so happy. I have the best friends and the best fans in the whole world and I couldn’t be happier.”
“I’m fine, I love myself, I don’t care,” she added.
“Yeah, I want to take a second off social media because it’s a little silly and I’m 30. I’m too old for that,” he said. “I love you guys so much. and I’ll see you guys soon, I need a break from everything.”
