Prince Archie, Princess Lilibeth could star in Charles’ Coronation: Report

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibeth could be given a role in King Charles’ coronation if their parents Prince Harry and Meghan Markle confirm they will attend.

The media outlet, citing an insider, said royal officials are waiting to decide whether the couple will accept their invitation to the big day in seven weeks and whether they will bring Prince Archie and Princess Lilibeth with them.

Palace aides, according to Mail Online, are awaiting the couple’s response to the invitation so they can open discussions about what roles the children could play if Harry and Meghan confirm their attendance at the event.

It was revealed on Saturday that Kate Middleton and Prince William’s children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis will form part of the Royal Procession from Westminster Abbey after the ceremony.

It was previously reported that Archie and one Lilibeth, who will turn four on the big day, were not invited to attend. A royal source recently revealed that the palace is waiting to hear from the Sussexes before discussions begin about the royal’s two younger grandchildren.

The Prince of Wales’ children were revealed to be traveling with their parents when the royal party left the abbey, according to rehearsal documents seen by The Times.
